WOW

I finally got around to opening my package of the Candlelight Christmas Specialty Designer Paper when my friend, Janet, showed me a card she made using this paper.  All I can say is, "WOW!  Why haven't I used this paper before?".  The picture in the Holiday Catalog doesn't do it justice!  

The only thing I changed on my card (from Janet's) is the sentiment.  What do you think??

The red paper used on the top of the card is actually a flocked window sheet.  It is transparent.  So, to adhere it to the Very Vanilla piece, I used the mini glue dots and put the dots behind the flocked areas so it didn't show through.  Does that make sense?

Another benefit for getting this Christmas Specialty Paper is the fact that it's part of the promotion for the month of October!
