Sprinkles of Life Latch Card with Tutorial

I love it when I come across tutorials and project ideas that are easy and fun to duplicate!  This Latch Card was one of those projects that when I saw it on Splitcoaststampers, I just knew I had to give it a try!  I've even created my own tutorial (see below) on how to make this cute card using the new Sprinkles of Life stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder punch.

Did you know that when you purchase the Sprinkles of Life stamp set, Stampin' Up! donates to the Ronald McDonald House Charities?  That's right!  Stampin' Up! will donate $3 for every set sold!  And this is set has to be in your collection!

Tips and Tricks for creating this cute latch card:
  • For the circles, I punched a piece of Bermuda Bay card stock with the 2" circle punch (for the inside circle).
  • I then opened my set of Circle Framelits and found the framelit that was just a little larger than 2" and cut one out of Whisper White card stock.
  • The score marks on the right hand side allow the panel to "bend" just enough to allow the latch to "open" and "close".
  • Get all the details in the video tutorial below.  Enjoy!

  2. Super cute! I'm new to stampin-up so it's rare I find a tutorial with things I own, so I'm able to duplicate it. But yours I can actually make. The only thin I don't have is a circle punch, but I have a circut for that lol I love your card it's so adorable, but simple enough for a beginner. (I just got that scoring tablet thingy) so I can follow again and score cards! I'm so excited to start Maki g your card!!
