Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

It's Christmas Eve and this morning has been  spent making those last minute stops (foods I forgot, stocking stuffer items to purchase for the kids, etc.).  Thank goodness I got out early enough so there really weren't any crowds or lines yet.

Once back at home, Allison and I started baking cookies (which are in the oven now and smell heavenly) while listening to Christmas music.  What a fun time together!  We thought the cookies would be a yummy treat we could take to our neighbors today.  I love this time of year!
