Oh So Cute and Simple Birthday Card

My friend and fellow demonstrator made this adorable card and I just had to share it with you! I received this from Michelle during our monthly group swap and since I'm always on the look out for quick and cute cards, I thought this one was perfect for when I need a card in a pinch.

Isn't this a cute card? She used the Number of Years stamp set and an inspiration card sample from the Occasions Catalog to create it.

Here's her inspiration picture:

I love that the Stampin' Up! catalogs always provide lots of ideas and inspiration! So as you look through the Occasions catalog, pay attention to card ideas that you can "CASE" (copy and share everything) and modify.

Grateful Bunch - Quick and Simple Card

The new Grateful Bunch stamp set is so cute by itself (as shown in the card below) but when a stamp set has a coordinating punch, it makes it even more versatile.

And, the best part with these two products is that they are bundled together to save you 15%!

Keely created this quick and simple card for our monthly swap with the Cowtown Crafters. (I just love receiving swap cards!)

Here's what the coordinating punch looks like:

Use the Blossom punch to create amazing layered flower embellishments.

Valentine's is coming and what better way to say you're thinking of someone than with a sweet card full of hearts!

I received both of these adorable cards as swaps during the Cowtown Crafters monthly gathering.

This first card was created by Kim and I just love how she used so many images from the First Sight stamp set and the Sweetheart punch.

Balloon Celebration and Balloon Bouquet Punch

Balloons! What is it about balloons that we all enjoy so much? Maybe it's just the festive, party feeling we get when we see them because it means there's something to celebrate and enjoy!

I love Rebecca's swap card that she created using the Balloon Celebration bundle (stamp set and coordinating Balloon Bouquet Punch).

Did you know that when you purchase products that are "bundled" together, you save 15%? That's right! Be sure and look for the word "bundle" when you're shopping through my online store.

Bloomin' Love Friend Card

Another beautiful swap card I received during our monthly demonstrator gathering was from Maria. What a pretty card!

I think Blushing Bride is my new favorite pink! It's just so light and pretty and the gold embossed heart just "pops".

The banner (that she stamped "friend" on) can be cut out by hand or you can use the coordinating Framelit from the Large Numbers Framelits Dies to cut it out.

Botanical Blooms Swap Cards

Swapping cards is one of the highlights I look forward to with the Cowtown Crafters. Every month when we gather, we swap card ideas and I just love seeing all the inspiration!

As you look at these ideas and make your wish list, keep in mind that Sale-a-Bration is going on now!

That means FREE products:

• For every $50 purchase
• $30 in FREE products if you purchase the Starter Kit (that's $155 worth of products for only $99 plus tax - it ships for FREE!)
• $25 in FREE products for qualifying orders!
• Get the full scoop here.

Even when team members use the same bundle of products (like the Botanical Bundle below), the projects turn out so different!

This first card was created by Lee and I love the simplicity and elegance!

This second card was created by Vicki and it also showcases the Botanical Blooms bundle (the stamp set and coordinating Botanical Builder Framelits Dies) but the results were very different than Lee's card.

Vicki used the "Thanks" sentiment from the Sunburst Sayings stamp set (another great stamp set from the Occasions Catalog).

Isn't that fun? Two demonstrators using the same products (Botanical Blooms Bundle) and you have two very different (but both beautiful) results. I'm telling you - the Cowtown Crafters have so many great ideas and inspiration! Love being a part of this group of crafty ladies!

Warm Winter Wishes

Today's card ideas are swaps I received from Founder's Circle 2015 and all of them use the adorable Winter Wishes stamp set. I just love the winter nostalgic feeling of these cards!

And, the best part is - the Winter Wishes stamp set is on sale right now for only $15.30 (clear mount US)! It's a Stamp Sale this week only!

This first card was created by Angela Waters.

Love cards that open in different ways and this is opening is so cute because you get the benefit of seeing the inside of the card when it's closed. Too fun!

Sharon Armstrong created the next card. Again, with the square cut out of the front, you get the benefit of seeing the image inside the card.

This final card was created by Kay Kalthoff and I love how she did like a collage of all the images from this set.

Each one of these cards has such a nostalgic feel! Love the Winter Wishes stamp set! What are the odds that the 3 designers would create something using the same color scheme, too? There's just something about the color choices of the cards that work well together with this set.

Fall and Autumn Card Swaps from Founder's Circle 2015

How about we start Monday off with some amazing fall and autumn card swaps from Founder's Circle? The weather in Texas has not cooled off much (it was 97 degrees today!) but I'm in the mood for fall!  I guess I'll have to resort to cranking up the air conditioning in the house and put on a sweater to make it "feel" more like fall.

Maybe looking at these cards and the fun fall colors will help all get in the cooler weather spirit!

This first card was created by Brian King and I love the colors.

This pretty card was created by Jen Pitta and she used the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set (such a great set to color!).

Jessica Taylor made this pretty card and I really like how she made her own background paper using the Vintage Leaves stamp set. Save 15% when you bundle the Vintage Leaves set with the coordinating Leaflets Framelits. (The Framelits also work with the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set.)

Love this elegant card from Jackie Bolhuis. Does the stamp set look familiar?

Erica Cerwin made this card using the Leaflets Framelits (to cut out the gold leaf). The "hello" sentiment is from the Greetings Thinlits.

The card below was created by Jodi Reinert.  Such a pretty blend of colors!

So, did it work? Are you in the fall spirit? There's just something warm and cozy about these colors and I love all the ideas I received from the swap at Founder's Circle.

Happy Stamping,

Painted Petals Card Swaps and Samples

Our demonstrator group, the Cowtown Crafters, has done it again with some amazing card swaps!  These cards feature the adorable Painted Petals stamp set from the Occasions Catalog.  What a great stamp set!  With 13 stamps, it's so easy to build, layer and make all sorts of flowers, patterns and designs!

And, when you add in just a bit of the coordinating Painted Blooms Designer Paper like below, you have even more versatility!   The adorable card below is made by my friend Debbie.  What a fun swap!

Card swaps are just one fun thing we do as a demonstrator group!  We also stamp together, have yearly retreats, stay in touch through our Facebook group and share tons of ideas along the way!

Would you like to be a part of this amazing group of stampers, too?  It all starts with the purchase of a Starter Kit!  A Starter Kit full of products that you choose!  Yep!  You decide on $125 worth of products for only $99 plus tax!
