Fall / Thanksgiving Card with Magnificent Maple

When I saw this week's Mojo Sketch, an idea came to mind using the Magnificent Maple stamp with the Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper.  Now, I'm in the mood for fall (and if the weather would come down a few degrees, it would really help!).

Tips and Hints for the Magnificent Maple Card:
  •  I inked up the maple leaf with Tangerine Tango and then lightly sponged the edges of the stamp with Chocolate Chip.

  • I cut the designer paper into a 3" X 3" square and then cut in half.  I then adhered the pieces to Tangerine Tango card stock and cut out, leaving a bit of an edge.

Did you know that the Magnificent Maple stamp is one of many single stamps in the Holiday Catalog?  Single stamps are easy on the budget and oh, so cool!  (Did you see the most recent Holiday Collection of stamps?  Absolutely beautiful!)

Cooler temperatures and all the changing leaves will be here before you know it!  With this fun Maple leaf stamp, you'll be ready to create all your Autumn and/or Thanksgiving projects.
