Today, is Janet's adorable sucker wrapper for Halloween!  I think the kids and I will be making these to hand out for Halloween!  With just a little strip of paper, you can quickly create an adorable wrapper!

Cut a strip of paper to 6 1/2" X 2 1/4".  Score on the 6 1/2" side at 2 1/2" and 4".

Stamps:  Halloween Hello
Ink:  Black Staz On, Daffodil Delight
Paper:  Pumpkin Pie card stock, Whisper White card stock, Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  Scallop Circle Punch,  1 3/8" Circle Punch, Basic Black 1/8" ribbon
