What a fun time Allison and I had this past weekend at our friend's Christmas Party! Not only was the Christmas party a time for the kids to decorate gingerbread houses and make candy cane reindeer, it was also a time to create cards that are going to be distributed to the homeless (along with a nice hot meal!).
The kids did an amazing job decorating, designing and stamping the cards! They also wrote a personal message inside each card.
All the yummy treats in the kitchen are ready!
The gingerbread houses are ready and waiting!
Just a few things to decorate the gingerbread houses with! Talk about sugar city!! Wow!
Allison's completed gingerbread house! Very cute!
We are looking forward to distributing the cards this week! I hope they are a source of encouragement and joy for all those who receive them. That's the best part of creating and sending handmade cards!
