Whisper White card stock has been around for SO long that I don't even remember when Stampin' Up! first starting carrying it! I've been stamping since 2004 and Whisper White has been a staple of mine since then.
The supplier's mill producing Stampin' Up!'s Whisper White card stock has permanently closed due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. It's so sad to hear that they've closed.
In response, Stampin' Up! has had to retire all the current Whisper White products:

These items are available only while supplies last with an order limit of 2 per item per order.
Now, that's the sad news. The good news is the Stampin' Up! has found a new source and will be transitioning all the Whisper White products to the new Basic White card stock. The new Basic White card stock has been thoroughly tested by Stampin' Up!'s quality assurance and product teams as well as a test group of demonstrators and concept artists who gave it two thumbs up!
