Adorable Spring Easter "Bonnet" with Circle Treat Cups

This is one of the cutest ideas I've seen with the Circle Treat Cups and it was created by my friend and fellow demonstrator, Cindy!  She created this as her swap for our demonstrator group (aka the Cowtown Crafters).

Is that not the cutest little "bonnet"?  I sure wish I knew where she found those cute little candies!  The colors and the size are just perfect for this project!
